TL;DR

Problem
A single checkbox governed shipping rate changes configured in a separate part of the admin — so its full effect wasn't visible from where the choice was made, and copy alone couldn't fix it
Role
Sole designer — expanded scope from a banner fix to a structural redesign against stakeholder pressure
Outcome
Shipped in Shopify's Summer '25 Edition as 'Consolidated view for delivery methods'
